Digestive complaints

A calming approach to bloating, constipation or IBS. Including FODMAP advice.

About this support

It often starts with a food and symptom diary: what you eat and how your gut responds. With that overview we decide together whether a FODMAP approach makes sense.

Together we find out which foods trigger your symptoms and how you can still enjoy a varied, tasty diet.

A FODMAP approach is not for ever. After a short elimination phase we test step by step which foods you tolerate well, so your menu stays as broad as possible.

Fibre, fluids, eating rhythm and stress also play a part in digestive complaints. That is why we look at the whole picture, and refer you back to your GP if your symptoms call for further tests.
